How do I thoroughly clean and maintain the Tilswall Alien 500 paint sprayer?

Separate the front spray assembly, wash the fluid cup and nozzle, and never submerge the motor body in water.

Quick-Release Gun Separation

Press the quick-release latch on top of the gun body to disconnect the front fluid section from the motor handle. This ensures the motor housing remains 100% dry while you wash the fluid parts under running water.

Nozzle and Suction Tube Washing

Disassemble the air cap, nozzle, and pickup tube. Soak in warm soapy water and clean with the brush. Dry all components thoroughly before snapping them back into the motor unit.
